Our hand blended Epsom salt soaks come in a two pack. Each package contains 2 cups of our handmade Epsom salt blend so you get four cups total of these soaking salts. We recommend 1-2 cups for a bath or 1/2 cup for a foot soak.

Our mixture contains Magnesium sulfate, Sea Salt, Sodium Bicarbonate, Lavender blossoms, and Citrus Essential oils.
